Summary
This software facilitates the management of nucleic acid sequences for phylogenetic analysis. Runs on Macintosh OSX systems. Freely available for non-commercial use (see manual for license agreement).

By downloading this software you certify that you will use XplorSeq solely under the terms outlined in the license agreement. Click on the link to download. Once downloaded, double click the tar.gz file to uncompress. Then click on XplorSeq_vX.Y.Z to begin installation process. XplorSeq will be installed in your Applications folder.
XplorSeq v1 for OS 10.4.x or 10.5.x:
XplorSeq v2 for OS10.5.x or OS10.6.x:
xplorseq2.0.6.tar.gz Version 2 incorporates several features that work only with OS10.5 or OS10.6, including expanded support for multiple cores. This version still is very much under development, however any files created with XplorSeq v2 are back compatible with XplorSeq v1.
